Intertwining Pilates, high intensity interval training, and low impact cardio movements, this unique class caters to individuals who are seeking to improve their heart health, flexibility, injury prevention, strength, and balance. Combined with a fun playlist and our experienced high energy HIIT teachers, you’ll come out feeling refreshed and ready to conquer your day.

Hot Vinyasa
Flow
Flow and sweat during our Hot Vinyasa Yoga classes to help nurture your mind, body and spirit. Guided by breath and movement, our hot vinyasa classes are set to ~96-99 degrees with energy matching music. Find a variety of flows, poses, and experiences with each of our experienced teachers. No matter if you are just beginning your yoga journey or have been practicing for decades, this class is for you.
What to bring: water, yoga mat

Heated Slow Flow
+Sound Bath
Come deep dive into your practice and meditation with this heated (85 degrees) slower-paced vinyasa flow suitable for all levels. The final 10 minutes of class are left for a sound bath, complete with the high vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and more. Move your body and reset your mind before returning to your day.
